Yes, Mint Health Clinics Lone Tree is not an insurance plan. Your membership is designed to meet most of your healthcare needs, in addition to providing wellness offerings that help keep you healthy. For services like emergency room visits, specialty services, and other healthcare costs not included with your membership, we recommend all of our members have sufficient health insurance to cover unexpected major healthcare costs. A major medical plan or health share program pairs well with our model.
Yes. You can discontinue your membership at any time for any reason without a penalty. Please refer to your member service agreement for details.
Making an appointment is easy. You can call, use our messaging app, or walk in and schedule it in person. Choose whichever method is most convenient for you.
We make every effort to make a physician available on nights, weekends, and holidays for our members. You can use our private messaging app to call or text your physician outside of normal business hours. In most cases, your physician will be able to address your medical needs in a timely manner, or schedule an in-office appointment. If your physician is not available, please call our main phone number and we will attempt to connect you with a physician who is on call. Though we attempt to address your needs at all times, we cannot guarantee after-hours or out-of-office availability.
No. You will never have any co-pays or be subject to hidden fees. Transparency is important to us. We attempt to ensure you are aware of any charge you may incur for services beyond what is included in your membership.
You will have the opportunity to chose the date in which the fee will be withdrawn from their checking account or credit card on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
If you need care outside of our clinic, our team will help coordinate a referral to our preferred providers or to the specialists or imaging center of your choice.
All memberships include the cost of our most commonly filled prescriptions. Your physician will help you obtain your prescription at your pharmacy of choice. Using our secure messaging app, your physician can send a prescription to your pharmacy without requiring you to come into the office. If your prescription is not our list, your physician will help you obtain the prescription at a discounted rate at your pharmacy of choice.
Contact us to request a records release form. Once completed, return the form to our clinic and we will work with your current providers to retrieve your records.
