Telemedicine Visits

As a member of Mint Lone Tree, you have unlimited access to comprehensive care via text, phone call, or video chat. Below are some of the details of our telemedicine offering:

  • You can receive advice for simple or acute issues, such as:
    • Suspected COVID-19 symptoms, which can include cough, body aches, fatigue, chest tightness, fever, shortness of breath, trouble breathing, persistent pain or pressure in the chest, confusion, and bluish lips or face
      • Mint Lone Tree does not provide testing for COVID-19. Please visit our COVID-19 page for information about where to find official testing locations.
    • Allergies or sinus symptoms
    • Cold or flu
    • Sore throat or stuffy nose
    • Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea
    • Bronchitis
    • Rashes, bug bites, or other skin conditions
    • Pink eye
    • Urinary tract infection
    • Sprains and strains, including back pain
  • Mint Lone Tree cannot provide care for chronic or complex disease via telemedicine

One-Time Telemedicine Visits for Non-Members

We also offer telemedicine visits to non-members. You will receive the same superior care and attention that Mint Lone Tree provides its members, without requiring you to enroll. Details include:

  • Each virtual telemedicine visit is $75
    • If you enjoy your telemedicine experience and decide to enroll as a member within one month of your first telemedicine visit, the $75 will be applied to your membership fee
  • Insurance is not needed or accepted
  • You can receive advice for the simple or acute issues listed above
  • This one-time telemedicine visit does not create a long-term relationship between you and Mint Lone Tree
  • To ensure professional compliance Colorado law, we are under the obligation to keep and maintain medical records for telemedicine visits just as we would for in-person visits. This means we would document your visit in our Electronic Health Record software, and the visit would be part of your permanent record.
